Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and ticket selection. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and theaters, generally prohibit Exquisite Planning, LLC from issuing refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. All tickets purchased through our web site are nonrefundable but may be transferred toward the purchase of tickets for other Exquisite Panning, LLC events.

If you purchase a ticket through our web site to an event, Exquisite Planning, LLC will provide to you a full refund of that amount you paid for that ticket if: (a) the ticketed event is cancelled, provided that if the ticketed event is cancelled; (b) that ticket does not grant you admission to the ticketed event, unless the ticket is cancelled due to an act or omission by you.

You may submit a written request to transfer a ticket to another person.
