Exquisite Planning, LLC, founded by Natalia Sokolova, is a fashionable event planning service corporation for demanding individuals, charities and corporations. Exquisite Planning's goal is to turn their client's dreams into realities.

Natalia was born in Moscow, Russia. She came to the United States to attend the University of Maryland at age 16. Everything was wonderful until Halloween night, October 31, 1993, when Natalia fell asleep in the back seat of a car. The next thing she remembers is being in an ambulance in horrible pain. After two major back surgeries at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Intensive Care Unit, Natalia was told that she would never walk again. Without any money for rehabilitation, she was forced to fight for her health with the help of God, her mother and her American host family, the Bretz’s.

By the next year, Natalia managed to go back to school, though it was very painful for her to sit due to the metal plates in her lower back. Nevertheless, she managed to graduate at the top of her class, with a double major in Finance and International Business. During her last summer break, Natalia took an internship with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, DC, working for the Director of the International Division, European Affairs. Upon graduation, Natalia had a job offer from American Express Financial Advisors and was admitted to the MBA program.

Natalia's desire to give back, based on her experiences, led to the creation of Exquisite Planning, LLC, through which she puts together fundraisers, fashionable corporate events and upscale parties. Natalia continues to donate her time and energy to charities and to help those less fortunate than she.
