Exquisite Planning, LLC, founded by Natalia Sokolova. It is a fashionable event planning service corporation for demanding individuals, charities and corporations. Exquisite Planning's goal is to turn their client's dreams into realities.

Natalia was born in Moscow, Russia. She came to the United States to attend the University of Maryland at age 16. Everything was wonderful until Halloween night, October 31, 1993, when Natalia fell asleep in the back seat of a car. The next thing she remembers is being in an ambulance in horrible pain. After two major back surgeries at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Intensive Care Unit, Natalia was told that she would never walk again. Without any money for rehabilitation, she was forced to fight for her health with the help of God, her mother and her American host family, the Bretz’s.

By the next year, Natalia managed to go back to school, though it was very painful for her to sit due to the metal plates in her lower back. Nevertheless, she managed to graduate at the top of her class, with a double major in Finance and International Business. During her last summer break, Natalia took an internship with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, DC, working for the Director of the International Division, European Affairs. Upon graduation, Natalia had a job offer from American Express Financial Advisors and was admitted to the MBA program.

After graduation Natalia moved to Los Angeles and became a Managing Director for ULG, LLC (www.4ulg.com)  - a worldwide licensing agent for PEI, Inc and for the Elite Modeling Agency. Her efforts were vital to growth of licensing revenues for PEI, Inc. from an insignificant amount in 1999 to over $20MM in 2004.  Her next position as the Head of Marketing and PR was at Bidz.com (www.bidz.com), the world’s largest online jewelry auction site. Her team increased the sales revenue more than 300% in a two-year period.

In 2006 Ms. Sokolova moved to New York and became a co-founder and the Managing Partner of SGG World, LLC (www.sggworld.com)  -  an international consulting and advisory firm for public and private companies in the energy and natural resources sector.

Now Natalia Sokolova is the President of Rina International, Inc.  Rina International -RINA (www.rinainternational.com) is a global company that provides energy products and services to organizations around the world. The primary focus is to provide advanced alternative energy solutions. Rina resources are dedicated to developing environment friendly "green" energy efficient products such as fuel additives and bio-fuels.
RINA has concentrated its efforts to globally distribute their fuel additives that will help reduce pollution around the world. The RINA fuel additives were in development for over 15 years and are the result of an intense research program that yielded several products that will help clean up the environment while providing better fuel efficiency.

Natalia is a Member of the National Association of Professional Women and of the Cambridge Who Is Who. She serves on the Board of Best Buddies Foundation (www.bestbuddies.org) and Sunflower Children (www.sunflowerchildren.org).

Natalia's desire to give back, based on her experiences, led to the creation of Exquisite Planning, LLC, through which she puts together fundraisers, fashionable corporate events and upscale parties. Natalia continues to donate her time and energy to charities and to help those less fortunate than she.
